Hello,

So I got a hp cp2025 that was having squeaking issue which was coming from the transfer belt. So i oredered a replacement transfer belt. installed the new transfer belt in and did a few color test prints. squeak was gone and the print quality was good. couple days later i get a call back the print out are coming blurry.  I got back and yes they were blurry i tried swaping out each toner cartidge and preformed like 4 calibration and nothing. so i ended up warrantying the new transfer belt. part came installed it and again few days later same issue. anyone have any ideas as what going on casue I'm not sure at this point.

i'm posting some drop box links to some pcitures of print out i have that have the issue.

These printers do not offer much diagnostics so it can be hard to solve your issue which appears to be happening anytime cyan toner is being used. One thing you can try is to remove the right side cover. There are to 2 motors near the front which are the same. Remove and swap the motor locations and then do the same prints again and see if there is difference. If there is, then one of those motor is out of spec and will need to be replaced.
