Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I assume you are having HP Deskjet 3052A printer, correct me if I'm wrong. I would suggest that you access the "embedded web server" of your printer to change back the display to English.
Here are the steps:
1. Take note the ip address of your printer by pressing the Wireless button on the printer's panel.
2. Type the ip address of your printer into the address bar of your browser (e.g. internet explorer).
3. The page will have the HP logo and should have the model number of your printer at the top. Below that there is a row of tabs. Click the Settings tab.
4.On the left side there is a section labeled "Preferences", click on the International link.
5.Set the preferred Country/Region and Language to English.
6. Click Apply button.
7. The printer's display should be on English now. (Sometimes you may need to power off and on again the printer to take affect the new settings.)
