I was wondering how to do a master reset, the tools and restore defaults didn't help. I know there is a way by holding 2 buttons down but I forgot any help to get this back would help,  All the Print styles are Locked and I did one reset and it didn't help. Thank you Shaun

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Have send you a private message to do a Semi Reset, please look for it in the top right hand corner of the HP Forum page (envelope icon)

Let us know if that helps!

Hi @BallBag

Did you manage to do the Semi Reset?

It should clear all the "memory" and you should have to select "Country, Language" etc.

Did you get to that?

Thanks.
