Product: HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 2545
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Hi everyone, i face problem when i xerox copy using my hp deskjet ink advantage 2545 coz i can't xerox it full....  it is cut on lower part of my short bondpaper . i hope you can help on it...........

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting copy quality issues. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Clean the scanner.
  • Clean the ADF rollers.
  • Change the copy settings.
  • Change the paper settings.
  • Reset the printer.
