Printer:

HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4535 All-in-One Printer

The printer can print envelopes of the sizes mentioned in the Specifications.

Supported envelopes

To avoid paper jams and other issues, make sure you are using the correct type and size of envelope when loading the printer.
Paper type

A2 envelope

C5 envelope
162 x 229 mm ( 6.4 x 9.0 inches)

Chou #3 envelope

Chou #4 envelope

DL envelope

Monarch envelope
98 x 191 mm (3.9 x 7.5 inches)
U.S. 10 envelope
105 x 241 mm (4.1 x 9.5 inches)
Envelope 6 3/4
92 × 165 mm (3.63 × 6.5 inches)

Essential instructions are provided in the User Guide and in the "How-to Print" section:

 Printing Envelopes (Windows)

If, after following all the instructions, the envelope is not accepted, reasons for refusal might include:

  • Missing setting in the application used to create / print the envelope.  For example, Media type must be set to "envelope" and Size must match the size of the envelope to be printed.
  • The envelope is too thick, too slick, decorated, or of a color that the printer cannot decipher.
  • The envelope is loaded incorrectly (see the instructions for printing envelopes).
  • Size must be a supported envelope size.  This printer does not provide instructions for custom sizes.  The lack of documentation usually indicates the feature does not exist.

IF the printer supports custom size, then the "custom form" setup will be available:

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Left-Click on your Printer one time to highlight >

Along the top ribbon:  Left-Click Print Server properties >
