HP Recommended
Product: officejet 6700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am getting a document loaded message, but nothing is loaded.  Copy or scan will not work, but print will from the pc.

Have cleaned all rollers, done ALL restarts, updated firmware, nothing will work.  Please help!!

Document loaded means the sensor in the ADF is triggered. It could be just a small piece of paper or other objects got stuck in there, could even be the little switch got stuck somehow. Try clear the ADF feeding side, not the rollers.
