I bought my HP printer less than a year ago from Staples Canada, but it says that the warranty is expired so I can't get the help that I need through the website (and there are no emails or numbers to call).

The printer screen says that there is that there is a "Jam in Print Paper Path." All paper was removed. All instructions have been followed online (like turning off the power, removing print cartridges, opening the back, etc.), but this message still remains. The printer was working beautifully up until this point. It was the best printer I have ever had.

Please help. Thank you.

The online warranty date is based on estimates based on the manufacture date and other factors.  If the online estimate is incorrect there is a process here to correct the warranty information.

There is no "Automatic Warranty" section and it won't accept the Serial No. or Product No. anymore for some reason.

The bottom of the page you show has a link that says:

Still seeing this message after checking more than once? Connecting with an HP agent may be helpful. Contact an HP agent

I tried entering your information and got the same errorr, I would suggest trying the link to contact an HP agent.

I tried the link given for "Contact an HP agent" and it seems to lead into a loop.  I will ask to have your case escalated.  An HP Support agent should contact you through private messaging.  They will likely request some additional information such as serial numbers and contact information.  Please do not post personal information in the forum, and make sure that anyone you give personal information to through the private messaging system is identified as an HP employee.
