Product: hp G3110 scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a G3110 Scanner.  sometimes it works fine but sometimes when the scanner moves a bit forth and  then back and wants to start  scanning it fails and I get the message "a problem prevented the document from being scanned ....."..  This problem happens with irregular pattern. Sometimes it happens once in many scans and sometimes it happens constantly. I have this problem even with other laptops that I have tried. I dont know how to fix this problem.
