Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

I'm have a nightmare of a time with my printer. It's a Envy 4502 (A9T85A). It seems that every couple of days it is telling me that  the ink cartridge must be replace. Normaly, I can turn it off then back on and it will work fine for a day or two , maybe even a week . This time it was different. It briefly said that the ink cartridge has been depleated, then it gave me an error code of OXC4EB827F. The printer is now locked  up, I can't even get the ink cartridges out now. I'm basicly dead in the water. Can someone please help me with this problem?
