Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer and it does not print in color.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Are you using original HP cartridges or refilled ink cartridges?
  • Do you receive any error while trying to print?
  • Have you checked the ink levels?

Meanwhile, I did some research and suggest you to perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • First of all please check the ink levels. The ink level warnings and indicators provide estimates for planning purposes only. When an indicator shows low ink levels, consider having a replacement ink cartridge available to avoid possible printing delays. You do not need to replace ink cartridges until print quality becomes unacceptable.
  • On the printer control panel, press the Setup icon .

  • Press the button  next to OK to select Ink Information.

  • Press the button next to OK to select Estimated Levels.

    The Estimated Levels gauge displays.

  • In the Estimated Levels gauge, check the ink levels for each ink cartridge. Note any that are low or empty.

If the ink levels are fine then please continue with the below steps:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

Now, make a color copy and check if the printer prints in color. If it doesn't then I suggest you to perform "Step three" to "Step 6" from this link

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Please feel free to let  me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
