Hi @Shafgat_Ameer
Welcome to HP Forum !
I I did not find this driver in HP web, only in driverscape:
http://www.driverscape.com/download/hewlett-packard-scanjet-5300c-5370c
Another option, use the NAPS 2...this program is very very nice !
https://www.naps2.com/
I hope that helps !
Can I ask you a favor ?

Hi @Shafqat_Ameer,
The HP Scanjet 5300c is not supported on Windows 7, no drivers are available for the operating system as stated below:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03403550
You may try the 3rd party Vuescan application which seems to support your scanner with no need of any drivers:

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums. Apologies for jumping in here.
Can you try this:
HP Scan Extended
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
Let us know if that works.
Click Helpful = Yes to say Thank You.
