HP ENVY 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My previous Non-HP printer did this very well using the print label function from Windows Word, but this printer doesn't seem to have the foggiest idea.  Wants to begin printing at the top of the page no matter what column and row I specify.  There are no instructions about how to print lables on the website and no useful responses on the forum.  Is anyone using this model to print lables successfully or did I buy a boat anchor?   I'm Specifically trying to print to Avery 8160 labels.

The print Specifications indicate the printer can handle cards up to 200 gsm.  This setting is a bit less ideal than Brochure matte.  If you find that Media type in your list of paper, all the better.

The standard sizes supported for this Media type (kind of paper) are limited.

Nonetheless, you might be able to print the labels.

Yellow_Arrow_Bullet_2.jpgYou will likely need to create a Custom Paper Size -- use one of the supported cards as your template (size from which you create your new form).

Give the form a name that means something to you so you can differentiate the new form in the list.

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Left-Click on your Printer one time to highlight >

 Left-Click Print Server properties

Yellow_Arrow_Bullet_2.jpgOnce you have a "Custom size" form that is of the size of the sheet of labels, you can try printing the sheets.

Set the Paper Size to your "new form" > set the Media type to Card
