When I went to change the ink cartridge for the first time I pulled on the cartridge, rather than pushing it to have it pop back out towards me, breaking the small piece that holds it into place so the printer can function properly. I believe that I have to order the whole piece that holds all of my ink cartridges. Can anyone help me in find this on the website so that I can order it. Thank you.

According to HP's Partsurfer site the parinthead assembly is part number M0H91A, which includes the printehad as well as a set of setup cartrdiges. This part is pricey, you may want to contact HP and see if this is covered under warranty.
From a post by Sunshyn2005, to contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
