HP Officejet 8710 Printer

I own an HP Officejet 8710 Printer. I need help, please, to change my printer settings so I can print on 65lb. paper. I have done this before, but I cannot remember how to get to the screen that allows me to choose "thicker paper". Thanks!

Hi @Laney24

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to select a thicker paper.

I’d love to help!

I would like to inform you that you cannot select the thickness of the paper in the printer settings or in the software settings. If you are using a thicker paper I recommend you to select Photo paper or cards which are thicker papers.

Follow the steps in the below article to create a custom paper size.
