I upgraded to windows 10 i lost the cellular icon. i cannot use SIM card slot to access internet

I upgraded to windows 10 and i am not able to use the SIM card to access internet. when i navigate to device manager and try to update the driver the dialogue box says, driver not found, contact the manufacturer

Hi,
You may download the latest 3g mobile drivers from the HP site.
As there are several different mobile hardware types please clarif your hardware ID:
Right click the Start Menu and select Device Manager.
Locate the mobile driver, will probably appear under Other Devices.
Right click it and select Properties, then open the Details tab and select Hardware ids from the drop down menu.
What exact value is shown for the device?
