HP Officejet 100 mobile printe

I have the above printer which has been working fine - swtiched on today and it says the left cartridge (tri colour) isn;t working - when I go on to the printer settings it doesn't even show the cartridge is there - followed steps on your online help - took cartdige out etc but the lights are still flashing and the same error message comes up. I require my printer for my job so need it working again ASAP.

Thank you very much for the post. Please follow the below step:

 

1. Remoove all the cartridges and restart the printer.

2. Once the printer is restarted, insert the cartridge again. See if the issue is resolved.

3. If issue is not resolved, restart the printer again and see.

4. If issue still exists, replace the cartridge as the cartridge might have been finished or damaged.

 

Hope this resolves the issue.

Hi LRST,

 

I suggest after you remove the color ink cartridge, shutdown the printer.  Replace a new color cartrigge when printer power up again.  See can resolve your issue?  Alternatively you can use the following link to do a quick troubleshooting.
