I understand your issue. I'll ensure that we work together and get this issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

Please try the below-mentioned steps.

Step 1: Clean the scanner
Step 2: Clean the automatic document feeder (ADF) rollers
Step 3: Change the scan settings
Step 4: Reset the printer
