Product: Laserjet Pro 200 colour MFPnw

Hi yesterday I decided to update my printer and after that when I tried to go to web services it says internal processing error

i have already tried a cold NV ram reset(though I am in India and my country was not listed to I chose UAE as I brought it from there).

tried different DNS servers

trying to enable via web server gave connection error

I am able to print great within my network.

please help
