Product: Deskjet F2280
Operating System: Chrome OS

I am trying to connect my chromebook to this printer.  Although it is not a wireless ready printer, using the HP extension/app it ought to be possible via a USB cable.  But I need the IP address of the printer and have no idea of this or where to look.

 

Any help?

HP Recommended

USB connected printers do not have a IP address.  Only when connected to a network will you get a IP address.
