Product: HP Deskjet 3520 All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hello, I've got this problem. After many installations from the CD and from the software available on the website of my HP Deskjet 3520 printer All in One to try to operate the scanner, both the cd and the software do not install anything. Is it possible to get help and understanding? Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Is your operating system Win XP 64 bit?  The printer only supports  Win XP 32-bit and here is the link to the driver:

If your system is XP 32 bit, can you try to uninstall and reinstall again.

 

Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?

When I downloaded from the site, my system has been automatically detected, that is 32 bit, and indeed the site asks for my version before downloading. I was unable to uninstall, because the CD and the program does not install anything. The Microsoft tool that you have shown me it works on 64 and is not dedicated to Windows XP.
