HP Recommended

Recently went w/ Uverse TV  which added  wireless computer  now  printer is not working   have the correct SSID & password listed in the printer  but it still does not print   checking the Printer Properties  corect SSID #  but there is nothing listed in the location box    should there be something listed ?

HP Recommended

You might have to run the whole installation again. i dont know what printer you own so go to www.hp.com click drivers and downloads and type in your printer and you will find the driver download. When thats done, run the installation again to join it to your uverse network. gl
