Hello! Desperate for help. I am counting on this printer for my customers but this has been a problem for days now. The printing starts okay for the first 10 centimeter and then it fades out just like the one in the image below.

I have already recalibrated the machine, cleaned printheads, aligned printheads manually, the cleaning cartridge is newly replaced and there are no maintenance needed according to the front panel. What else do I do?

Check the Primer assembly for any missing rubber nibs (That crane looking device above the carriage on the right side)

If it is missing any nibs, you will have to replace that and calibrate it.

Try doing a Force Drop Detector (you will have to find it in the service menu)

then recalibrate the Drop Detector

Have you actually repalced any Printheads?

Most quality issues can be resolved with replacement of one, some or all printheads.

Good Luck,

Roy K
