Operating System: Chrome OS

i use cartridge 63.  65 was sent.  how do i get correct cartridge

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.  You may need to wait until Monday, I think the hours are 9A-9P EST Monday through Saturday in the US.
