HP Recommended
Product: Deskjet 3630
Operating System: iOS

I have just replaced my ink cartirdge with a genuine HP cartirdge and my printer now won't print.  It says the cartridge is not intended for use in this printer as it is currently configured.

 

What does this mean and how can I fix it please?

HP Recommended

make sure you  installing the catridges correctly.
