How can I slve this problem 

I try all posiblity to clean HeadPrint 

it is not working

I did the hot water soak clean 5 tims with no luck .

On the 6th try I stopped the printhead alignment half way through and it worked.

Maybe coincidence I'm not sure.

My black ink was not printing... This worked perfect for me.

I had to soak the print heads for longer than 10 minutes. I soaked it and rinsed the print head gently until no more ink was running out.  I was advised by a friend to switch printer to all B & W print setting and run several papers. I am not sure how many. I was getting frustrated because ever piece was blank.  Later today I made a  B & W copy from my printer instead of printing and it worked. It is now printing fine. Thank you for all the info on this page.

I keep getting the same error. I have now soaked my print head 4 times. The water is not super clear, but slightly gray. I've used up all of the ink I just loaded up on 7/13!
