Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello i am amy, i just bought a new hp printer and it occures a problem of ink leakaging,i searched in the google and i found some sites and numbers like HP Support and HP Customer service and i got useful solutions but  i want more successful suggestions.Please help me.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that HP ink cartridge which you bought is leaking.

I would like to help you out with this issue today.

 

Since this is a hardware issue.

I request you to contact HP phone support for assistance on this.
