Product: 110-000z (D6L98AAR#ABA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

My Printer got deleted from my pc. When I try to reinstall it. It will not install. I used the same disc, I used to download at first. Could you tell me what is wrong.

Hi,

The printer was made quite prior Windows 8 and the original CD is not intended for your operating system.

 

Download and install the latest full feature software for your OS below:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL32439/mp-109545-3/OJ_AIO_4500_G510n-z_Full_Win_WW_140_40...
