I am trying to get my HP LaserJet P2055dn to do automatic duplex printing, after having installed Windows 7. I understand that the recommended fix involves changing "Installable Options" under "Device Setting". However, all Installable Options are grayed out. How do I fix that?

You probably need to be logged in to a user which has administrative privilege.

I am logged in as an administrator. Still grayed out.

HP Recommended

Removing the printer and then having the computer scan for hardware changes fixed this problem. Now I can do duplex printing.
