Product: Photosmart C6380 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to connect new printer to new computer with Windows 10 operating system--although I am aware that printer software is for older Windows version.  How do I make it work, please?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

 

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c6300-all-in-one-printer-series/356027...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
