Instant Ink
Microsoft Windows 11

I like HP products & the instant ink is really convenient.....EXCEPT when I need to find the invoice to print. This is EXTREMELY frustrating and I honestly don't know if it has indeed disappeared or if I, yet again, cannot find it. Honestly, every time I need to find and print the invoice I lose about an hour. This is really not helpful....I've had to google this every month....this time, I'm absolutely not finding ANYTHING! Can you please do something about this problem? I'm obviously not the only one with this issue. What the heck?? Automatic email invoices each time would be great!

@lorachalm, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you would like to know how to check the Instant Ink invoices. To view billing charges and print your invoice for any billing period:

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. If HP Instant Ink  displays as a choice in the left menu, click it.

  3. Click Print History, and then select the desired billing cycle to view details.

  4. Click Download Invoice to generate a .pdf copy.

There are a few reasons why your HP Instant Ink bill may not be exactly what you expected.

  • Your monthly bill is based entirely on the number of pages you print, not the number of ink or toner cartridges you receive.

  • You may have been charged for additional pages if you printed more than your plan amount and any rollovers you may have had.

  • If you canceled your account, you are still charged at the end of your final billing cycle. After this final charge, you are not charged again.

  • You cannot change your billing date The date of your billing cycle is established when you install your first HP Instant Ink cartridge, or at printer setup if you enroll with a free trial offer.

  • If you had a promotional code for a certain number of free months, or enrolled with a free trial, regular billing begins after that period. During your free months you will be billed for any additional pages printed over your plan amount.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
