When trying to enroll into instant ink, I keep getting redirected to the US instant ink page and sign up after I've logged in, which wouldn't be an issue if it forces you to enter US shipping details.

I live in the UK, I set up my printer in the UK, the printer when you go to advanced settings thinks it's in Germany (after resets as well so I assume this is just a bug in your app).

I've tried the HP Smart app, I've tried de-enrolling, re-enrolling, switching to and fro from US to UK on my HP Smart account. I've tried de-enrolling and re-enrolling then. It's stuck on believing I want instant ink in the US even though I'm in the UK.

I've been trying for hours to set this up and this is driving me to send the printer itself back to the shop for how atrocious the user experience is. I can't even force UK as your re-direct stupidly sends me to the US even if I start on the UK site, or visit it after I've logged in.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps!
