HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I needed to install the new Instant Ink cartridges I received.  When I opened the box, they are not the same cartridge number that I have currently in my 8025e hp printer.  Replacement cartridges listed on my printer are for 910, 910xl, 916xl.  The new Instant Ink resupply cartridges are 952, 953, 954, 955.  They are much larger and do not have the "release lever"?  I called the hp customer support, requesting the correct cartridges, and was told that hp had recently gone to xl, and the cartridges supplied are correct, force them in!  They do not fit and I will not force them in!   Any suggestions?  The phone consult was with India, and not too sure that he understood what I was trying to say.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

Are these the first set of instant ink cartridges you are receiving?

Instant ink cartridges are bigger size than the regular HP ink.
