Hi!
My printer is entirely out of ink. I want to sign up for Instant Ink for the first time.
I cannot print the statistics page because I have no ink, but I did find the alternate information.
When I get to the "Enter the printer code for your new printer." page, I put in exactly what comes before the "@hepprint.com"
But it does not accept it. I attached pictures if that helps.
