Help! I'm trying to print 5x7 invitations. I've set the paper size on my computer and on the printer. The template looks perfectly centered on my computer and on the print preview, but when I print all the text shifts up to the very top of the paper (sometimes even cutting off the first line of text completely). I've tried saving it as a jpeg and printing as a photo doc instead of word doc and had the same results. Note* I had this problem for the first few invites, I did some trouble shooting (restarting/changing border settings/etc) and they began printing normally. After about 20 invites they started printing strangely (shifted) again. I tried the same trouble shooting that worked initially, but now nothing seems to work.

How thick are the invitations?

Max for cards is 110 lb.
