Hello, @Liz3221 – Hope you are well 🙂
Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!
I see that you are trying to scan to email multiple items using the Envy 5660. Are you using the printer control panel to perform this operation? Let me know.
If you are trying to use the printer control panel, then go to http://hp.care/2psQZFr and follow the steps under “Scan directly to email (wireless Internet connections only)”. Once you finished the first page, you will get an option to continue or add to scan the next page. Once done, click on Done to send the scan.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
Good luck 🙂

Hello, @Liz3221
Did you try using the HP Scan software from the computer?
Try the steps below:
- Place the pages face down on the printer scanner bed.
- Now open the “HP Scan” on your computer. You can double-click on the printer icon on your desktop to get the HP Scan if it’s not a shortcut on your desktop.
- If you scanned from the scanner glass, load the next page or photo on the glass, then click the plus button
or
in the HP Scan preview window to scan the next item. Repeat this step until all pages or photos are scanned, then click Save.
- You can check this video for instructions: http://bcove.me/p1clcd0f
Alternatively, please check http://hp.care/2f9JtJe for detailed steps on HP scan.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
