Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

It is not a HP support, only a 3 rd party vendor rendering services.

 

As they said "Levon Tech Services is a dedicated provider of specialized and on-time HP Printer Technical support service."

 

We'd suggest that you go though the legit HP Support.

This vendor totally freaked me out, by taking over control of my computer and then attempting to access CONSOLE.  I just wanted to download the drivers and re-install the printer.  I immediately shut him down and he began to yell at me.

If you just need to download the software drivers, use this:

 

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
