I have a problem with my printer, I only bought it in December so its fairly new.

When i print from word or any program installed on my pc its fine.

When i try to print something from the internet it is only printing out on a small section of the paper, so the top middle section, around 3 x 5 inches big.  I regularly print something out from 2 sites on the internet and neither of these will print a full page out now, everything is squashed into this tiny square, so it shrinks the whole page into the 3 x 5 inch size.

If i do a test print from my pc settings for the device it comes out fine.   I have checked the print settings on firefox (the browser i am using) and its set on shrink to fit and it looks fine, but still prints out into the tiny space.    If it put it on the 100% option it comes out tiny.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this please?
