Product: Designjet T2500 EMultifunction

I bought this HP T2500 Color Printer/Plotter just over a year ago.  In our office, it is constantly going offline or "Sleep" mode.  When we have a job to print, we can't print to the T2500.  How do I permanently get if off the sleep mode? Is it a setting?  Is it something that has to be changed on the actual printer?  Why does it go into "Sleep" mode?  Very frustrated with this issue!
