Hi to everyone!

I am unsuccesfully trying to install my HP laserJet 1010 on my Windows Embedded system.

My printer is connected to the power, the usb connection work, but it cannot be recognised.

I had the same issue trying to connect it with my personal computer, op system windows 10 and i installed it successfully following directions on youtube.

I can't find any tutorial for Embedded op system, can someone please advise?
I tryed already same procedure that i used for my personal computer.
