This problem has been absolutely maddening.

 

Could not print lanscape on my HP Photosmart C410a from Excel 2013 running on Windows 7.  Only first few columns of the last page would print.

 

Printing directly solved my issue.  Thanks!!!

I had the same issue when I right clicked on properties, there is no advanced tab.  However there is another drop down called printer properties which has the advanced tab so you can select print to printer.
