When I print out on Artist Matte Canvas the colors are not correct the are very flat and bright greens and bright reds - no depth at all. We have set the printer to Auto Manage colors. What am I missing?
I have calibrated colors with success but when I get the calibration Status for the Artist Matte Canvas it states Recommended and then OK on some of the papers it shows Color - 'Obsolete' Paper Advance - Recommended.
What does Obsolete mean?

Hi,
Obsolete means that the calibration needs to be perform once you load a roll of paper that matches with that particular preset. As a matter of fact, once you roll the calibration for the very first time you will not have to do it again if the roll gets out paper and you new to load a new roll.
In regards to the print quality issue you are reporting, I would suggest to check on the print heads status / Ink fired and warranty date. If the usage and warranty day is ok, it would be a good idea to perform a cleaning Print head process and then re-run the calibrations.

Thank you Chris for your reply. I have run the calibration again and cleaned the printheads then run the color calibration again but this failed to finish the Scan. The warranty has run out on the inks, ink levels are low but not too low. Is is a problem with the inks/printheads?
