@Coach44L, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that your HP Color LaserJet 2840 All-in-One Printer prints blank pages.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01691296

Note: The heading of the web document may be for a different printer but the steps are the same.

Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.

Run a supplies status page from information menu on the printer. Since this is a color print the carousel should rotate 4 times. Do you get any image on the page. If you get a partial image in one or two colors then the issue is the carousel brake which is controlled by a solenoid has issues. Report back if that is your issue for instructions on how you can repair.

@davidzuts, Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the printer has hardware issues with the carousel.

Since it is a hardware issue, I request you to contact the HP phone support at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp

I hope you have a good day ahead.
