Product: Laser Jet Pro M402n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

we have gotten this error

 

PCL XL Error

    Subsystem:     KERNEL

    Error:                 IllegalTag

    File Name:       kernel.c

    Line Number: 1933

 

The latest driver are installed and the operating system is up to date.

This error seems to apear when running large print jobs.

 

I hope someone can tell me how to fix it.

HP Recommended

You are using the pcl6 driver and that error only occurs when using that driver. The solution is to change the driver to pcl5 or postscript.
