Sorry I don't have time to figure out which page you need but here is the link to the doc that explains how to print out all the internal test pages - look over that and see if it helps. If not, I'm out of time for today. I can post back on Friday with some alternative ways by looking at the driver properties and other methods if we need to get that detailed.
Although if you didn't get a Jet Direct page to print, are you sure the printer is connected to the network or is it shared from another pc?

If you don't have a jet direct card installed in the printer with a network cable attached to it, then you won't have an IP address and your IT person will have to look at other ways to get you printing again. Sorry, just assumed that since you were trying to figure out your IP address that you had a jet direct print server installed.
Also, the test pages described in the document I listed, are printed directly from the printer, don't even need to be connected to a pc or mac to print them.
