With Win 7 64bit Home Premium. Using Word 2007 envelope feature. USB connection. The printer grabs the #10 envelope ok but when job is sent the rollers sound but envelope is not fed through. But if I press the pink button the envelope feeds right away yet is not printed. Any ideas would be great. I tried to reset the NVRAM but does not seem to work since the page counts don't go to zero. Thanks.

It looks like the device takes a pause for manual feed command or due to paper size mismatch, which you have experienced as error (roller unable to feed paper).

Please try to set correct paper size (paer layout) for the document being printed from Word 2007.  This will help to format the job for correct paper size and to avoid related paper size mismatch errors.

Slect the size and type through the printer driver properties (Print window) while printing the job.

If you have the installed full software or toolbox for this printer on your computer, you will get description of device status/error which will be helpful for troubleshooting.
