The software was installed but not fully functioning. The Airprint was not working. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. And I get this error message:
ERROR
A problem occurred while preparing to install software to your system.
Please restart your computer and run this installer again. If the problem persists,
please check the product support web site for your product.
After 5 attempts, it has probably left temp files that don't help much.
In "Devices and Printers" I do have the 1536dnf listed, and it's the chosen printer. And I'm able to print from the desktop.
But am not able to print from my iPad.
And I don't have the full printer/scanner suite installed. I can't get past that error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ratchet_31,
Thanks so much for your reply. Sorry it's taken me so long to respond in kind.
I ran into a roadblock right away. When Windows tried to find the installer I got this error message:
"Windows cannot find 'misexec/unreg'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."
I did try this several times and could not get past this message.
What would you suggest I do?
Thanks!
DrJim
