We have 1 HP Laserjet M602 network printer that users are being prompted with a "Encrypt Job (with password)" prompt when trying to print, if they hit cancel they can print the job but it is an annoyance. I have ensured we disabled "Secure Printing" and remapped the printer but no change, looking at the device properties on the mapped printer it indeed shows it disabled. Any suggestions as to what I am missing? thanks

Hello, here are a couple things you can try, first off, what driver are you using? And have you checked the driver settings to see if it is turned off on the driver. Other things you can try is maybe a firmware update, or set machine back to factory settings. But I am almost sure the issue has to do with a driver setting.
