I'm having the same issue. It was printing fine, went to print a 28 page pdf and I only get the first 7 pages, about 3 times. Now I get nothing, the document just disappears from the que.

 

I have deleted printer and unplugged printer.

Restarted computer (Mac running High Sierra 10.13.3)

 

installed new drivers, restarted computer and printer

 

added adobe to try and print from.

 

Nothing seems to work. I have a small business and can't have a printer that isn't working, this has cost me the last couple of hours.

Oh, I also tried to add the printer manually, then when I try to print I get an error:

 

ERROR: undefined

OFFENDING COMMAND: image

The preference reset worked for me. No need to unplug from the surge protector.
