LaserJet P2015dn jammed, but when jam was cleared and restart the printer both the Jam and the Low Toner lights initially come on.  But then they go off and the green OK light comes on. When I then try printing again, the printer then jams after the paper moves about 6". However, during the start of printing  the printer makes an unusual rotating-type noise and "churns" for about 1-3 seconds. Then theJam light comes on.

This whole process repeats: I clear the jam and everythig recurs.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help, but I gave up and bought a new HP LaserJet Pro 401dw, and am just thrilled with it. Easier to use, faster, more intelligent 2-sided printing - what's not to like!

This could happen due to a defective or a dirty roller. clean the pickup rollers using a damp cloth follow the steps provided in the below link to clean the rollers.
