LaserJet Pro M452dw
Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Hello, wondering if anyone can help me. I've seen posts/answers for similar printers, but none of them have helped me solve the problem I am having with my printer. The display reads Error 60.02. When I click on the information icon on the touch screen, it instructs me to turn off printer, unplug from power strip, plug into the wall, wait 30 seconds, and then turn on again. This did not solve the problem. Nor any removing of Paper Tray 2 (which some others have suggested).

HP LiveChat will not respond to my queries, so I'm at a loss of what to do. This is a brand new printer, only one month old.

Unfortunately the Service Manual nor Troubleshooting Manual list a specific for 60.XX.XX error codes. I believe the 60 range is used sometimes for memory errors. Could be the printer needs to be reset, or may have faulty hardware.

Since this is a new device, I would strongly encourage you to contact HP customer support and open a case so you have documentation that there is an error with the printer while under warranty. If the problem cannot be resolved with a phone call, they will probably dispatch a tech or send a replacement unit.

Here is the number - 1-800-334-5144

first prompt say Color LaserJet, second prompt say M452.

best of luck!

I am not a HP employee. I am a service tech on these forums researching topics and offering my best guess to aide in your troubleshooting.

Thanks. I did contact them finally. Unfortunately they cannot recommend "fixes", just say to send it in for a replacement (a hug inconvenience for our small business).
